This Privacy Policy explains how your information is collected, used, and protected when you use the Novoteka mobile application (“the App”). I am committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring your experience is secure.

1. Information Collection and Use

The App is designed to process your media library, downloads, and studio editing locally on your device. I do not require you to create an account to use the App, and I do not collect personally identifiable information such as your name, address, or phone number.

Analytics and Crash Reporting

To help improve the App’s stability and understand how features are being used, the App integrates with a third-party service, Google Firebase, for analytics and crash reporting.

• This service may collect anonymous usage data, device information (such as operating system version and device model), and crash logs.
• This data is aggregated and does not personally identify you.

2. In-App Purchases and Subscriptions

Novoteka offers premium features through a subscription model (“Novoteka Premium”). All transactions, payments, and subscriptions are processed entirely and securely by Apple via StoreKit.

• I do not have access to your credit card information, billing address, or Apple ID details.
• I only receive an anonymous receipt validation from Apple to unlock your premium features.

3. Built-in Browser and Media

The App includes a built-in browser for media downloads.

• Your browsing history, open tabs, and downloaded files remain strictly on your device.
• I do not track, intercept, or store the URLs you visit or the content you download.

4. Changes to This Privacy Policy

I may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. You are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. Changes are effective immediately after they are posted on this page.
